Recipe Roasted Brussel Sprouts Balsamic Vinegar
Slice the stem off of the brussels sprouts and then halve them.
Recipe roasted brussel sprouts balsamic vinegar. To a large bowl add brussels sprouts olive oil 2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar tamari sauce garlic clove salt and pepper. In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar salt and pepper. Transfer your roasted sprouts to a serving platter then lightly drizzle thick balsamic vinegar balsamic glaze or reduction on top.
Preheat oven to 400 f. Remove from the oven drizzle immediately. Spread out evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
Drain the cranberries and sprinkle them on top. Set them aside while the sprouts are in the oven. Directly on the prepared baking sheet toss the brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of the oil the salt and the pepper.
Preheat oven to 425 f 220Âșc. While whisking slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Toss with a spoon to coat all of the brussesl sprouts.
Place the brussels sprouts in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Roast in oven for 20 25 min until tender. Slice in half lengthwise.
Toss once during roasting. Step 3 roast in the preheated oven until browned about 30 minutes turning after 15 minutes. It is important to roast brussels sprouts on a flat try and at high heat so they get nice and crispy.
