Add sugar salt curd and milk. Add curd milk and oil. Add yeast sugar salt baking powder baking soda to it and mix well make a dent in the middle.
Make equal sized balls 15 out of the dough. On wake up when i entered the kitchen i first soaked rice for peas pulao and prepared dough for naan with maida. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for example.
Gather together to make dough and knead well for 5 minutes until smooth. Take flour in a mixing bowl. Cut with a knife to make a criss cross pattern in the top middle of the cookie.
