Recipe Pumpkin Raisin Bread
Recipe makes two loves one for you and one for a friend.
Recipe pumpkin raisin bread. Fold in cranberries raisins and walnuts if using. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Beat in the eggs pumpkin syrup orange juice and zest.
Mix oil sugar and eggs together in a large bowl. Mix in pumpkin puree and water. Step 2 combine flour pumpkin pie spice baking soda and salt in large bowl.
Bake for 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Add to creamed mixture just until blended. Transfer batter to prepared pan.
Stir together flour soda baking powder salt and spices. Combine the granulated sugar brown sugar canned pumpkin salad oil water and eggs in a medium mixing bowl. Combine the flour baking powder salt cinnamon nutmeg baking soda and cloves.
Stir in flavorings pumpkin raisins and pecans. In a separate bowl combine flour baking soda salt nutmeg and cinnamon. Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix well.
In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment or in a large bowl with an electric mixer combine pumpkin eggs applesauce water vanilla and sugar until well blended. Combine vegetable oil sugar eggs pumpkin and water in a large bowl and mix. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
