Arrange sweet potato slices in 11 x14 casserole dish. Top with marshmallows and bake for about 20 minutes at 350f or until golden brown. Remove the baking pan to a rack and increase the oven temperature to 450 f.
Slice margarine into slices and arrange on the top. Uncover and stir sweet potatoes gently. Return the pan to the oven and bake for about 3 to 5 minutes or until the marshmallows are partially melted and golden brown.
