Let stand on baking sheets for about 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack and cool completely. Remove from heat and add oats coconut peanut butter and vanilla. Add egg and vanilla.
Bring to a rolling boil and hold for 1 minute. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Mix milk sugar butter and cocoa powder in a large saucepan and bring to a rolling boil.
