All Recipes Roasted New Potatoes
Preheat oven to 230 c gas 8.
All recipes roasted new potatoes. Toss potatoes with oil salt and pepper. Add tsp freshly ground black pepper with the garlic in step 1. Meanwhile pour the olive oil into a large shallow baking dish and put into the oven to heat.
Cover with boiling water bring back to the boil and cook gently for 5 minutes. Spread out potatoes in a single layer. Adjust oven rack to lowest position and heat oven to 450 degrees.
Roasted potatoes mingle with fresh spinach in a sauce of garlic butter sea salt and fresh rosemary. Stir in rosemary salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven until potatoes are golden brown approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a roasting tray. Coat potatoes evenly with the melted butter. Pour the oil into a 23 x 33 cm baking dish.
In a hot frying pan melt the butter. Strip the rosemary leaves from the stems. Scrub the potatoes and put into a large saucepan.
Finely grate the lemon rind or remove with a zester. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees c. Use pink fir apple potatoes which have a pale pink skin.
