Recipe Noodles Garlic Sauce
Stir in the parsley or basil and cook for 2 minutes stirring constantly until the herbs are limp but still green.
Recipe noodles garlic sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until lightly caramelized. Transfer the garlic sauce into a small bowl. Prepare the garlic sauce using a saute pan on medium to low heat.
Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper. Add the butter into the pan and when it melts add the garlic and saute until aromatic but not browned. Add noodles to the pan once the garlic is done sautéing while keeping the heat on.
Drain and set aside. To serve just toss all the noodles with the garlic sauce. Drain and set aside reserving some of the pasta water.
If using fresh noodles you may simply need to blanch them. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package directions. Mix the sauce before you begin.
To make spaghetti sauce cook garlic in butter and olive oil over medium low heat just until the garlic is soft but not browned. Fragrant garlic sauteed in butter and seasoned with dried oregano and basil makes a wonderfully simple sauce for any pasta. Reserve some of the pasta cooking water as you may need it in the sauce later meanwhile heat the butter in a large skillet or shallow pot over medium heat and add the garlic.
Toss the garlic butter sauce with the al dente pasta and 1 4 cup reserved pasta water. Pour sauce hot over cooked spaghetti toss lightly to coat and top with parmesan cheese. Add in a little of the saved pasta water to help everything mix smoothly.
