Recipe Noodles Coconut Milk
In a small bowl combine curry turmeric coriander ginger salt and sugar.
Recipe noodles coconut milk. Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Add the soy sauce and sriracha if using and stir again. Add the coconut milk sugar chili paste fish sauce and soy sauce.
Toss vegetables and eggs together. Add the curry powder and stir frying for 1 min more until aromatic. Add the shallots and ginger.
Meanwhile in a large saucepan over medium high heat combine the coconut milk tomato paste chili powder salt and chili paste if desired. Stir fry for 1 minute. Bring coconut milk and chicken stock to a gentle simmer in a medium saucepan over medium low heat.
Meanwhile process cilantro basil garlic ginger and 1 chile in a food processor until coarsely chopped 5 seconds. Heat the oil in a large saucepan add the garlic chilli if using and ginger and fry on a low heat for about 5 mins until softened. Simmer for 15 minutes or so while you prep the rest of the ingredients it should thicken slightly.
This dish serves 1 but can easily be modified to serve more. Pour in the coconut milk breaking up any solids on the top of the can with a spoon. Member recipes for soba noodles and coconut milk.
Some soba noodles are gluten free check package. Stir fry for 3 5 minutes. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
