Recipe Oatmeal Toffee Cookies
Combine the flour oats baking soda baking powder and salt.
Recipe oatmeal toffee cookies. Add sugar beating well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons. Stir in oats toffee bits and coconut if desired with spoon.
Combine flour oats baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. Blend in the oatmeal and toffee bits. Cool a few minutes and remove from cookie sheets.
Stir in dry ingredients oats toffee bits and coconut. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Let sit on cookie sheets for 3 4 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
Sift together flour and baking soda and set aside. Gradually add to the creamed mixture just until combined. Step 2 in a medium bowl cream together the butter and brown sugar.
Beat in the eggs one at a time then stir in the vanilla. Stir in the oats toffee and coconut optional with spoon or blender. Stir in toffee bits.
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment cream butter and sugars on medium high speed until light and fluffy 2 to 3 minutes. Beat the butter and brown sugar until smooth. Stir in the oats toffee bits and coconut by hand.
