Recipe Runner Spinach Bacon Quiche
Pour cup of the egg mixture over the top.
Recipe runner spinach bacon quiche. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until the egg mixture is set. Sprinkle with a little more cheese and chopped chives. Allow to cool for 5 10 minutes before slicing.
In a large bowl whisk together all of the filling ingredients reserving 1 4 cup of the shredded. Combine the eggs half and half salt and pepper in a blender then pour the egg mixture into the pie. Place a small handful of spinach leaves into each wrap and sprinkle each with bacon and cheese.
Turn on the pie maker close the lid and cook until the quiches are golden and puffed approximately 15 minutes. Remove the spinach and onions from the skillet and onto the plate with the bacon. Once the spinach has cooled enough to handle squeeze out any excess liquid.
Add the green onions and spinach to the skillet and sauté until the spinach is wilted. Pour the egg mixture over the filling and sprinkle the quiche with parmesan cheese. Add cheese onion spinach and bacon to the bottom of the pie crust.
