Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Balsamic Vinegar And Honey
Roast stirring once halfway through until tender and golden brown about 20 minutes.
Oven roasted brussel sprouts with balsamic vinegar and honey. Pour over roasted sprouts and toss to coat. In a small bowl whisk together the balsamic vinegar and honey. Roast in preheated oven tossing once halfway through until golden brown and tender about 20 25 minutes.
Roast brussels sprouts in the oven until you can see browned roasted edges. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey mixing to coat evenly. In a small bowl whisk together honey and balsamic vinegar.
Drizzle with olive oil. Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of oil the balsamic vinegar and the honey over the roasted brussels sprouts. Place the cooked brussels sprouts in a bowl drizzle with the balsamic honey mixture and toss to combine.
Drizzle the oil and vinegar dressing over the sprouts reserving a little for serving and gently toss to coat. Roast in the preheated oven until browned about 30 minutes turning after 15 minutes. Pour roasted brussels sprouts into a serving bowl drizzle balsamic mixture over and toss.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. For further browning you can broil just briefly it should only take 1 minute or less. It is important to roast brussels sprouts on a flat try and at high heat so they get nice and crispy.
