Recipe Pork Tenderloin Honey Mustard
Set aside 3 tablespoons glaze for basting.
Recipe pork tenderloin honey mustard. Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160 basting occasionally with glaze. Squish around to make sure pork is completely covered. Sprinkle the pork tenderloins lightly with salt and pepper.
Prepare the pork tenderloins. In a small bowl combine glaze ingredients. Place the pork in the slow cooker.
Whisk together honey mustard vinegar thyme and pepper. Refrigerate at least one hour. Place pork tenderloin in a large zip top bag and pour in honey mustard mixture.
In small bowl mix remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 minutes. In a small bowl combine garlic mustard honey brown sugar vinegar and thyme.
Place tenderloin on a rack in a foil lined shallow roasting pan. Preheat oven to 400. Place pork tenderloin in pan.
Line 15x10x1 inch pan with foil. Turn the tenderloins to coat thoroughly. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
