Recipe Pumpkin Pie Cake
Add egg substitute and eggs.
Recipe pumpkin pie cake. Scrape batter into prepared pan smoothing with an offset spatula or a kitchen knife. Combine 1 cup granulated sugar brown sugar and oil in a large bowl. Mix together the pumpkin evaporated milk sugar eggs salt cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
Pour into a greased 9 13 inch pan. Melt butter or margarine and drizzle over cake. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the entire pumpkin mixture in the pan. Sprinkle mixture evenly on top of pumpkin mixture in pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.
Pour into 2 well greased and floured 9 in. To prepare cake coat 2 8 inch round cake pans with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 25 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in each center comes out clean.
Spoon melted butter over the dry cake mix. In large bowl beat eggs sugar cinnamon salt ginger cloves pumpkin and evaporated milk with whisk until well combined. In a large bowl combine pumpkin evaporated milk eggs sugar cinnamon nutmeg ginger and cloves.
Beat until well blended. Dust pans evenly with 2 tablespoons flour. Stir in chopped pecans.
