In another small bowl whisk filling ingredients until smooth.

Press into an ungreased 9 in. Beat on medium speed scraping bowl constantly until smooth. Pour batter into the pie shell.
Prep time 30 mins cook time 20 mins total time 50 mins. In a small bowl combine the cookie crumbs flour and butter. Beat on low until combined.
