Recipe Sweet Potato Brussel Sprouts
Mix well to combine.
Recipe sweet potato brussel sprouts. Sauté for 6 8 minutes. Pour into the prepared casserole dish. Roast vegetables for 30 40 minutes or until they are fork tender and nicely browned.
Toss brussels sprouts sweet potatoes oil cumin paprika salt pepper and cayenne on a large rimmed baking sheet. Divide mixture between preheated pans. Spread in a single layer.
Arrange the sweet potato on the other side. Transfer roasted brussels sprouts and sweet potato to a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the sweet potatoes and the brussels sprouts.
Combine brussels sprouts sweet potatoes olive oil garlic powder sea salt and pepper in a bowl. Arrange brussels sprout cut side down on one side of the baking sheet. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss sweet potatoes brussels sprouts and garlic with olive oil and melted butter. While vegetables are cooking whisk together garlic syrup vinegar sriracha sauce salt and ground sage in a medium sized bowl. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Add brussel sprouts and cook for 3 4 minutes covered or until brussel sprouts are almost tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast until tender and browned about 20 minutes stirring halfway through.
