Roasted Red Potatoes Recipe 350 Degrees
Roast stirring once halfway through cooking until potatoes are golden brown and crisp outside and tender inside about 30 minutes.

Spread out potatoes in a single layer. Scrub your potatoes and cut into quarters if using small red potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and toss.
Place potatoes in an 8x8 inch baking dish. If using bigger potatoes keep the size about 1 inch or less. Add potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
