Coconut Rice Pudding Recipe Vegan

Turn the heat right down so that it is on a slow simmer cover the pot and let it cook for around 50 mins stirring at regular intervals until it is the consistency of a thick creamy custard.
Add the rest of the flavouring and the rice and let cook until nice and creamy. The outcome is a much healthier alternative rice pudding that is still lush and comforting. This can be coconut milk water soymilk or other vegan milk.
