Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts Sweet Potatoes
Preheat oven to 400 f.
Oven roasted brussel sprouts sweet potatoes. Cover a cookie sheet in aluminum foil. Roast 25 minutes or until tender and golden brown stirring vegetables and rotating pans once after 10 minutes. Toss to coat evenly then spread into a single layer.
