Oven Roasted Potatoes Recipe Butter
This is our favorite way of making roasted potatoes using yukon gold potatoes roasting them until crispy and finally coating in seasoned melted butter right before serving.

Preheat oven to 450 f. Do not need to cover. Roast at 425 for 17 20 minutes or until tender.
Add garlic and thyme. Meanwhile in a small skillet heat butter over medium heat. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
