Recipe Nachos With Pulled Pork
Remove meat from slow cooker and transfer it to a bowl or cutting board.
Recipe nachos with pulled pork. Scatter half the tortilla chips on the baking sheet and then half the pork cheddar cheese pickled red onions and bbq sauce. Shred pork with 2 forks. Top with baked beans and shredded cheese then bake for another 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
Stir in beer garlic chili powder oregano and cumin. Stir in beans barbecue sauce and cheese. Return pork reserved juices and vegetables to slow cooker.
Using two forks shred the meat into bite sized pieces. Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and chips are lightly browned about 5 minutes. Scroll for more content.
Preheat oven to 500 f. Serve over chips with toppings as desired. Spread an even layer of chips onto the baking sheet then top with.
Preheat oven to 400 f 200 c. Working in two batches add pork and cook until evenly browned about 3 4 minutes. Repeat with another layer on top then bake at 400 f for about 8 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
To use partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Garnish the pulled pork nachos with chopped green onions and fresh chopped cilantro before serving. Lay tortilla chips across the baking sheet and sprinkle pulled pork across the top.
