Select the sauté button to heat the instant pot.

In a small bowl combine salt pepper and garlic powder and stir to combine. Sauté for around 2 minutes or until the onions turn into a translucent shade. When hot is displayed add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
Place the pork loin in instant pot with the seasoned side facing down. Finally set aside the browned pork loin. The length of time you need to cook the pork for will vary depending on the size of your roast.
