Recipe Peanut Butter Oat Cookies
Preheat the oven to 190 c gas mark 5.

Rub in fat until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. In a large bowl cream together shortening margarine brown sugar white sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Oats oat flour flaxseed cinnamon and salt.
Beat in the eggs one at a time until well blended. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 in. Stir in orange rind and make a well in the centre.
Add the oats and mix until they re evenly incorporated. In a medium bowl whisk together the wet ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or greased foil.
Stir into butter mixture. Bake at 350 for 6 8 minutes. Place peanut butter syrup and milk in the well and mix.
