Recipe Quiche Spinach Mushroom
When the oil is hot add the mushrooms garlic and thyme.

Saute garlic and onion in butter until lightly browned about 7 minutes. Add the spinach and saute until it reduces down about 4 minutes. Add mushrooms cook until golden about 8 10 minutes.
Stir in spinach mushrooms feta and 1 2 cup cheddar cheese. Cook onion and mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes stirring occasionally until tender. Swirl to coat the pan.
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Coat a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. This spinach and mushroom quiche recipe is great for every meal of the day.
Season with salt and pepper. Top with half the swiss cheese. Preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
