Recipe for moscow mule punch. Place the limes in the bottom of a 120 ounce pitcher or larger drink dispenser. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours or overnight. Put in a couple of cups of ice and then start pouring the vodka into the pitcher.
Combine the vodka lime juice and simple syrup in a large pitcher or punch bowl. The vodka can soak in the lemons and ice until you are ready to serve the punch. Ladle punch into glasses or copper mugs and garnish with more mint.
In a large punch bowl combine ice ginger beer vodka lime juice lime slices and mint. To serve ladle into punch or lowball glasses filled with crushed ice.
