Recipe Quiche Swiss Cheese
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until just barely showing some color.
Recipe quiche swiss cheese. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 f. Here is my mini quiche recipe and instructions. Preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
Add 1 2 cup of crumbled feta after the quiche is baked and right before serving. Bake for 45 50 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean and the top is turning a slight brown. Spread 1 tablespoon butter over bottom of pastry shell.
Bake 15 minutes in the preheated oven. In a large bowl whisk eggs cream and juice. Carefully remove the paper or foil and weights and return the crust to the oven for about 5 minutes or until it is just lightly browned.
Toss swiss cheese with flour. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Reduce heat to 300 degrees f 150 degrees c and bake an additional 30 minutes or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
Spread in pastry shell. Skip the green onions and use chopped dried tomatoes and fontina cheese as the filling. In a skillet saute onion in remaining butter until tender.
Mix 1 cup of chopped spinach or baby kale in the egg mixture before pouring it onto the ham cheese and green onions. Stir in the mushrooms. Pour into prepared pastry shell sprinkle with swiss cheese and dot with softened butter.
