Recipe Roasted Potato Slices
Mix everything well so as to coat the potato slices in garlic pepper salt and oil let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
Recipe roasted potato slices. Step 2 place potatoes garlic powder black pepper celery seed paprika cayenne pepper and salt into a zip top bag. Sprinkle with garlic powder if using. Place potato slices in a roasting tin and drizzle oil on top of them.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place rack in the middle of the oven. Lay a spoon next to the potato to prevent knife from cutting all the way through. Sprinkle herb mixture over the potato slices spreading all over with an oil brush.
A wooden spoon works great. To roast the potato slices in oven peel the potatoes and roughly slice to make thick round slices. Heat the oven to 200 c 180 c fan gas 6.
In a small bowl mix together onion powder garlic powder rosemary parsley and oregano. Stack the potato slices upright in lines that run the length of the oven dish. Spread the potato slices out on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
Thinly slice the potatoes about 1 8 inch thick and toss with the oil salt and pepper. Cut potatoes into 1 4 in. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees f 200 degrees c.
Drain the potatoes and pat dry on kitchen paper. Shake to coat evenly. Place in a large bowl.
