It combines squash blossoms with cheese mushrooms onions and garlic inside of toasted flour tortillas.

Place the slices of ham on top. Place each quesadilla carefully into a non stick fry pan and cook for 2 3 minutes each side until golden and crispy. After tearing ham and grating cheese mix together with a drizzle of olive oil if using.
