Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts Potatoes And Bacon

Oven roasted brussel sprouts potatoes and bacon. Rub well with your hands until all the vegetables are coated. When vegetables are roasted broil for 2 3 minutes until veggies are smoky and crispy. Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat the oven to 425 f. Bake at 400f for about 30 35minutes until the brussels sprouts are roasted and the bacon crispy turning halfway through the cooking time until golden and lightly caramelized.
Place 1 2 tablespoon of the olive oil mustard and salt in a large bowl season with pepper and whisk to combine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 30 minutes or so then add your maple syrup and garlic and pop them back in the oven to finish up.

Place potatoes and brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and sprinkle bacon pieces over the top. Pour the brussels sprouts onto a large sheet pan in a single layer. Then evenly sprinkle the bacon pieces over the brussels sprouts.
