Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts With Bacon Cranberries And Walnuts
Spread onto a baking sheet along with the chopped bacon.
Oven roasted brussel sprouts with bacon cranberries and walnuts. Dump onto a large baking sheet spreading them around so everything is in one layer. Keep the bacon oil. Wash the brussels sprouts and pat them dry.
Place the pan in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Spread sprouts oven the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast 15 minutes stirring halfway through.
Bake it in a preheated oven for 20 30 minutes at 450 f 230 c. Bake at 400f for about 30 35minutes until the brussels sprouts are roasted and the bacon crispy turning halfway through the cooking time until golden and lightly caramelized. If you have the time arrange all the sprouts with the cut sides down.
Half way thru the cooking turn the bacon and brussels sprouts with a spatula. Add them to a baking sheet. In a bowl toss together the brussels sprouts garlic cloves olive oil salt and pepper.
Add walnuts to the bacon oil and cook on medium heat for 2 3 minutes until walnuts are golden brown. Meanwhile cook bacon strip until just short of crispy and transfer to a plate covered with paper towel. Roast an additional 5 minutes or until walnuts are toasted and bacon is crisp.
3 roast the brussels sprouts in the preheated oven at 400 f for about 20 minutes. 4 finally in a medium bowl combine together roasted brussels sprouts chopped cooked bacon toasted pecans and dried cranberries. Remove the pan from the oven and let cool for a couple minutes.
