Recipe Noodles Pork Mince
We really like having pork mince on hand for quick and easy dinners.
Recipe noodles pork mince. Pour two tablespoons of the pork oil back in the wok over a medium high heat. Have dinner on the table in less than half an hour and serve a meal with a kick. Prepare noodles according to packet directions.
Heat a wok over high heat and add the groundnut oil. Set aside for 5 10 mins to soften. When the meat starts to turn brown add the rice wine and mix well.
Just before serving toss the noodles with oil and vinegar heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat. When it starts to smoke add the garlic ginger finely chopped mushrooms and shrimps. You can also roast the pork mince in the oven at 200c 180c fan gas 6 for 20 minutes or until browned if preferred.
If it says to soak the noodles you can do that while cooking the stir fry. Tip the noodles into the pork mixture and toss everything well until the noodles have heated through. It tastes so good you won t be able to stop eating it.
Add the mince break it up with a spoon and fry over a high heat for about 8 mins until browning. This easy recipe can be on the table in half an hour. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.
Second prepare the stir fry sauce by mixing chicken broth low sodium soy sauce mirin and hoisin sauce. First cook the noodle according to product packaging. Add the spring onions remaining garlic and ginger to the pork and fry for 1 minute then add the soy mirin and rice vinegar and bubble for 1 minute.
