Recipe Pork Tenderloin Ramen Noodles
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.
Recipe pork tenderloin ramen noodles. Stir fry 2 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Place pork tenderloin on prepared baking sheet and brush with some sauce. Remove air seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. Turn the heat off and add in the prepared sauce stirring to coat the pork. Add noodles to broth and cook according to package instructions.
Grill pork with the lid closed about 7 minutes on each side. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen for 3 minutes or until tender. Rub with salt and pepper or seasoning of your choice.
In a large skillet heat 2 teaspoons oil over medium high heat. We originally made this dish by cooking the ramen the conventional way stir frying the veggies and pork in a separate pan and making a sauce to pull the dish together. 1 pound boneless pork tenderloin 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 teaspoons cornstarch 2 cloves garlic 2 green onions 2 packages ramen noodles chicken flavored 4 cups water 2 tablespoons teriyaki or worcestershire sauce 2 3 cup chicken broth 4 tablespoons oil for stir frying or as needed 3 cups stir fry vegetables.
Place pork in a plastic ziploc bag and pour sauce ingredients into bag. In same pan stir fry broccoli in remaining oil 3 minutes. Drain and add the cooked noodles to the skillet.
In a small bowl whisk the first 5 ingredients until blended. Turn off heat and allow pork to cook for another 5 minutes with the lid closed. Meanwhile preheat grill on high for about 10 minutes.
