Bake in 170oc about 25 30 till yellow brown 90oc.
Purple sweet potato bread recipe. Simmer the milk and butter in a small sauce pan until the butter is completely melted. Brush with milk and sprinkle with almond flakes. Mash them with a fork or potato masher.
Brush the dough with egg wash and sprinkle with some sesame seeds on top. Mix warm water with the granulated sugar in a small bowl sprinkle the yeast in the bowl and let it bloom for 10 15 minutes. Then combine thoroughly with the other ingredients.
Turn the machine and stir for 2 to 3 minutes until a uniform very wet and sticky dough. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Dilute 1 teaspoon of sugar into warm milk about 110 f 43 c.
Purple sweet potato dough. Let rise for double in size. The dough should be very sticky.
Lay them on a plate and try not to stack them. I modified it slightly by substituting apple juice in place of water and apple sauce in place of vegetable oil. Let cool to around 100 f.
In a bowl combine flour sugar and salt. Put in filling and shape into balls then place into greased pan. Transfer into a bowl and mash with a fork.
