Recipe For Cake Like Pumpkin Cookies

Cookie dough will be soft.

Recipe for cake like pumpkin cookies. Add 1 4 cup flour. Blend in flour baking powder baking soda cinnamon salt and optional spices. Cream shortening white sugar and pumpkin.

Drop tablespoonfuls of the sticky batter onto the prepared baking sheet at least 1 inch apart. In a medium bowl whisk together the flour baking soda baking powder salt cinnamon ginger and nutmeg. Then stir in nuts if desired.

In separate bowl stir together flour baking soda baking powder cinnamon nutmeg and salt. On low speed beat in cake mix and 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on silpat lined cookie sheet.

Sift together the baking soda ground cinnamon salt and flour. In a large bowl cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat with an electric mixer until well blended.

Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.

In large bowl beat 8 oz cream cheese 1 2 cup softened butter and pumpkin with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until well blended. Add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. In large bowl add pumpkin sugar oil and egg.
