Add the butter to a nonstick pan and melt over medium high heat. Reduce oven temperature to 350. 2 c light cream.
Press dough into a 9 pie plate and crimp edges. Cool piecrust on a wire rack with preparing filling. Bake until light golden brown 10 12 minutes.
