Recipe Rebel Easy Pizza Dough
In the bowl of a stand mixer combine yeast water sugar and oil with a whisk don t set in the stand mixer just yet.

Set aside in a warm place to rise for 30 minutes to an hour until it doubles in size. Bake at 425 degrees f for 12 15 minutes until desired crispness is reached. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently for another 5 minutes or until smooth.

Now remove the dough to a flour dusted surface and knead it around a bit to push the air out with your hands this is called knocking back the dough. Place dough circle on pan and stretch with your hands to reach the edges. In a small bowl mix warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
Place the ball of dough in a large flour dusted bowl and flour the top of it. Top with sauce cheese and toppings. In a large bowl whisk 3 cups flour salt remaining 1 teaspoon sugar and if desired dried herbs.
Add flour flax garlic salt and oregano and knead until dough is smooth about 5 minutes adding cup more water or flour if dough appears dry or wet. Combine water yeast and sugar in a bowl. Transfer to a lightly floured work surface.
