Recipe Sweet Potato Quinoa Chili

Just add all the ingredients into your slow cooker stir it together then cover it and let it cook. Stir chili every 15 minutes or so to prevent it from catching at the bottom of your pot. Add onions cook until soft and edges browned about 5 6 minutes.
It can also be wfpb friendly whole foods plant based if you cook the onion and the garlic in water or veggie broth or directly in the tomato sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes then add the quinoa. Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes.
