Rice Pudding Recipe Vanilla

Rice pudding recipe vanilla. Remove from the heat and stir in the remaining 1 4 cup heavy cream vanilla and vanilla bean paste. In a clean saucepan combine 1 1 2 cups cooked rice 1 1 2 cups milk sugar and salt. Bring the pot to a simmer and cook the mixture stirring frequently for 30 to 40 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes stirring twice during the cooling. Whisk together the egg sugar vanilla and cinnamon in a small bowl. Bring to a simmer and cook uncovered stirring frequently until the rice is cooked and the milk is almost entirely absorbed 30 to 35 minutes.
Place the rice 3 4 cup of the cream the sugar milk and salt in a heavy 2 quart saucepan. Whisk together the milk and egg in a saucepan off the heat. Stir in the pudding mix.
Stir in remaining 1 2 cup milk beaten egg and raisins. Stir in rice and raisins. The pudding comes together on the stove in about 30 minutes.
Once the milk starts to steam sprinkle in the rice and stir gently with a wooden spoon. Beat pudding mix into remaining 2 cups of cold milk with whisk for 2 minutes. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy 15 to 20 minutes.
Once the rice grains start to swell place a lid on the pot and lower the heat. To a large pot add the milk 1 and 1 2 cups of the cream sugar rice and vanilla extract and place on the stove over medium heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
