Step 2 mix sugar milk butter vanilla butter flavoring in a saucepan. Step 1 combine ingredients in saucepan boil one minute. Step 5 drop by teaspoon on waxed paper.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Step 4 remove from heat and pour over dry mixture. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter oats and vanilla.
