Meatballs Recipe Using Ground Beef
Mix things up by substituting 1 pound lean ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef.

Roll each square into a ball. Feel free to use blends such as ground beef with pork and veal or use 90 or 93 lean if you want to limit your saturated fat intake. Set meatballs aside reduce heat to medium low and add sauce to skillet.
