Pumpkin Pie Bars Recipe Easy
The filling is super easy since we are using a canned pumpkin pie filling not a puree.
Pumpkin pie bars recipe easy. Sprinkle crumb topping over the filling and bake in the preheated oven for 28 to 32 minutes. Preheat oven to 190 degrees c. Pour mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Add 1 cup yellow cake mix to the pumpkin mixture and stir to remove any lumps. Sprinkle remaining yellow cake mix over the top and drizzle butter over the cake mix. Pour one cup of cake mix into a medium size mixing bowl.
Combine pumpkin pie filling 2 eggs and milk in a medium size mixing bowl. Step 4 in a large bowl beat eggs with white sugar. Grease the bottom of a 20x30cm pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until set about 1 hour. Add one egg and 1 2 teaspoon of vanilla whisk until smooth and pour over the crust. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes until set.
Press into the baking pan. Cool to room temperature and cut into bars.
