Unroll pie crust and press into a 9 pie plate crimping the top edges if desired. And you do remove both the plastic wrap and foil and then just put foil over the edge of the crust so it doesn t burn but you don t cover the whole quiche. In a large bowl whisk together eggs milk salt and pepper.
Add the broccoli and season with 1 4 teaspoon kosher salt. Heat oven to 375 f in a large skillet over medium low heat heat the oil. Fill with quiche mixture and bake at 400f until done.
Press into 9 pie crust. The cheese goes on over that. Layer the bacon onion and garlic right on top of the crust.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees f. Cook until tender and charred in spots 4 to 5 minutes. While the crust is baking you have plenty of time to prepare the filling.
