Recipe For Quiche Lorraine Pastry
Preheat oven to 425 degrees f 220 degrees c.

Line the tin and trim the pastry. Optional extra safe measure refrigeration 15 minutes. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface and use it to line a 20cm 8in loose bottomed flan tin.
