Recipe Pork Roast Herbs

Recipe pork roast herbs. In a small bowl combine salt herbs and lemon peel. Place flour in oven bag. Close bag with tie provided.
Pat the pork loin dry with a paper towel. Preheat the oven to 350 f 180 c. Roast the pork for 15 minutes.
In a bowl combine sage salt pepper and garlic. Add the pork and cook on all sides until golden brown about 5 minutes. With a small sharp knife make 16 small cuts about 1 4 to 1 2 inch deep in the pork roast.
Refrigerate overnight turning occasionally. Rub thoroughly all over pork. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees and place the pork roast in a large roasting pan.
Seal bag and turn to coat. Place oven bag in a 13x9 in. Drain pork discarding marinade.
Combine the herbs and crush in a mortar and pestle just enough to release the aroma and flavours. In a large resealable plastic bag combine the first eight ingredients. Step 2 use a sharp narrow bladed knife and make slot openings into the meat at regular intervals.
