Recipe Nachos Cheese Sauce
To make indian style nachos with cheese combine the cheese and milk and cook on a slow flame until the cheese melts.
Recipe nachos cheese sauce. Once your heavy cream is warm add paprika chili powder garlic powder cornstarch and freshly grated colby jack cheese. You can reheat either in the microwave stirring every 30 seconds until heated through or in a saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Pour in a little more evaporated milk if the sauce gets too thick.
When milk is incorporated stir in cream cheese jalapeno sauce onion powder smoked paprika jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Then add evaporated milk hot sauce salt and cayenne and heat on medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture is thickened. Arrange the corn chips on a plate and spread the melted cheese on top.
Then add in the evaporated milk and hot sauce and whisk constantly until the cheese melts. First combine all cheese and cornstarch in a saucepan over low heat. Add the mustard powder and mix well.
