Recipe Oatmeal Cookies Crispy

Recipe oatmeal cookies crispy. Drop in ice cream scoop sized sized balls onto a very lighty greased baking sheet spaced pretty far about because these spread flat when baked. Bake for 12 15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown with crisp edges and very slightly soft centers. They will spread out.
Mix in the oats coconut and chocolate chips until evenly distributed. Cream together butter sugar vanilla and salt. Mix in the egg and vanilla until well blended.
Cream butter and sugar together for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned then let cool for a few. Place the cookies about 2 inches apart on the baking sheets.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir into the batter until well blended. Roll dough into walnut sized balls and place 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
Combine the flour baking powder baking soda and salt. Scoop out mounds of dough approximately 2 tablespoons each and roll into balls. Roll cookie dough into small balls about 1 1 2 inches in diameter.
Add the sugars and cream together until light and fluffy. Space cookie balls 3 inches apart on the prepared baking sheets. Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
