Mini Quiche Recipe Spinach Feta
Fioa crustless mini quiches with broccoli feta.
Mini quiche recipe spinach feta. 3 sheets shortcrust pastry defrosted. In medium bowl whisk together the eggs milk salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Add butter to large frying pan then saute mushrooms onions and spinach until the mushrooms are soft and the spinach is wilted. Stir in 6 oz. In a separate large bowl add 5 eggs 2 3 cup of milk salt and pepper.
Line muffin tray with silicone baking cups or spray with cooking spray. 4 bake 17 to 20 min. Or until centers are set and tops are golden brown.
Mix well and season with the nutmeg salt and pepper. Do not fill past the top of the crust or else the egg mixture will spill over and make it very difficult to remove each mini quiche from the pan. Place into pie crust.
200g feta cheese diced or crumbled. Pour over spinach mixture poking holes to allow the egg mixture to seep inches. Spoon equal amounts of the filling in the greased muffin tin.
Fill each pre baked crust with the egg mixture until just the top of the crusts is visible. 1 cup grated cheese. Pour the egg mixture over the filling.
