Recipe Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies

Recipe peanut butter sandwich cookies. Natural or homemade varieties are a little too oily make the cookie dough. Beat remaining 1 stick butter with granulated and brown sugars on medium high speed until pale and fluffy about 3 minutes. Chop chocolate almond bark each small square cut in quarters.
Combine the flour baking soda and salt. Apart on ungreased baking sheets. In the bowl of a stand mixer cream together the butter peanut butter white sugar brown sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Add the sugar and brown sugar and cream for another 30 seconds until combined. Add vanilla and then eggs one at a time.
In a large bowl cream the shortening peanut butter and sugars until light and fluffy about 4 minutes. Add vanilla and mix. Add the vanilla extract and egg and mix until combined.
Melt half the chocolate in double boiler or in a 2 quart sauce pan. In the large bowl add sugar dark brown sugar and butter and mix them till a creamy texture is attained. Beat egg separately by hand then add to the mix and beat again.
