Recipe Quinoa Vegetable Soup

Recipe quinoa vegetable soup. Add onion carrot celery and garlic and season with salt and pepper. Start by sauteing the onion carrots and celery for 4 minutes add the dried herbs and garlic powder and continue to cook for 1 minute more. Cover soup pot with a lid and reduce temp to low.
Stir cabbage kidney beans and quinoa into the soup. Add the quinoa beans cabbage zucchini tomatoes red pepper flakes salt and pepper pour the vegetable broth overtop. Stir in the quinoa carrot celery onion bell pepper and garlic.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes stir every now and then. Cook until quinoa is fully cooked about 15 minutes. Add in the drained quinoa potatoes bell pepper coriander cumin oregano pepper vegetable stock and tomatoes.
Step 1 heat the vegetable oil in a large pot on medium high heat. Add 1 cup of water and quinoa. In a large pot over medium high heat heat oil.
Heat the oil in a large soup pot. Warm the olive oil in a large dutch oven or soup pot over medium heat. Garnish each serving with parmesan cheese.
Cook stirring occasionally until vegetables are soft about 10 minutes. Cook for a few minutes until lightly browned stirring frequently. Cover and bring to a boil.
