Recipe Quinoa With Black Beans
Bring quinoa and water to the boil in a saucepan.

Add quinoa and vegetable stock. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix quinoa into onion mixture and cover with vegetable broth.
Stir in the onion and garlic and saute until lightly browned. The key is to make the peppers and onions about the same size as the beans. Reduce heat to medium low cover and simmer until quinoa is tender and water has been absorbed 10 to 15 minutes.
