Creamy Rice Pudding Recipe
Bring 1 1 2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan.
Creamy rice pudding recipe. Continue cooking until egg is set 2 to 3 minutes. Place first four ingredients in a large saucepan. The liquid should be thickened but not fully absorbed in the rice.

The pudding comes together on the stove in about 30 minutes. Spoon into serving dishes. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
Preheat oven to 325. Combine egg sugar vanilla cinnamon. Combine cooked rice 1 1 2 cups milk and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
I first boiled the rice with the water and once that was absorbed i added the milk one ladleful at a time and kept stirring until all the milk was used up. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a greased 1 1 2 qt.
